You can add special product with id = deliveryFee which will be added to order when system detects that there should be payment for delivery (setup in delivery areas). By using this product you can control the way this item is shown to end customer by setting its name, translations, images and so on. Please mind that it has to have pricelist entries to be visible, as any other product, however its price will be overwriten from area settings. You should also setup a main price attrubute to 0.
